Strath Food Supplement with vitamin D is based on high-quality vitamin D herbal
yeast. It is rich in vital substances and suitable for children from 1 year of age, adults, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, students, professionals, athletes and senior citizens.
Sufficient vitamin D levels are essential in all life phases. Your body can produce its own vitamin D when your skin absorbs sunlight. That is why it is also called the sun vitamin.
Yeast has the same properties. It has the ability to produce its own Vitamin D if exposed to UV light. In other words, the Vitamin D in the Strath Original Food supplement was not added but is naturally produced by the yeast. During the cold season, when there is less solar radiation, our bodies are often unable to produce enough vitamin D. However, there can also be an insufficient supply of vitamin D during the summer, if sun protection products are used conscientiously.
Instructions for use
Adults 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 × daily before the meal, pure or mixed with juice, milk or in muesli. Children from the age of 1 year half the dose.
A daily dose for adults of 15ml Strath Food Supplement contains 6 μg or 240 I.U. Vitamin D. The recommended daily amount of 15 ml can be taken regularly long-term. There is no risk of overdosing.
