Orders placed prior to 2.00 p.m. on a working day will be despatched the same day. Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail, whichever is more suitable. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won't be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem, as soon as you become concerned and in any case within 5 days of delivery, for damaged or faulty goods.
The standard delivery charge within the UK is £2.99. Free delivery applies to certain products (UK mainland only). Otherwise post and packaging will be charged at the rate indicated against each product for UK and overseas deliveries. Goods for delivery outside UK mainland are subject to a delivery charge which reflects the costs to us. The value of this charge can be seen at the checkout stage by entering your address (remember to select the correct country from the drop down menu) and the goods you would like, the screen will indicate the delivery costs.
Out of stocks
If an item is not in stock when we process your order we will process the remaining items so that we get your order to you as soon as possible. If you want us to hold your order if specific items are not in stock please tell us when you place the order.
Returns And Refunds
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the item to us in its original unopened bottle / package with your receipt within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Please include a short note to say why you are returning the product, and include your name, address and, if possible, your invoice number.
If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid to us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
