Our Organic Myco Zen is a blend of two mushrooms: lion’s mane, known as the ‘Priest’s Mushroom’, and reishi, known as the ‘Spirit Mushroom’. This is a traditional blend revered for its ability to calm and nourish the ‘Shen’, or spirit.
Each mushroom is cultivated by expert growers in dedicated regions of China where they have grown in the wild for thousands of years. They are organically grown in nature-identical conditions.
Organic Myco Zen is a rich balance of compounds including beta-glucans.

Lion’s mane has long been revered for its cognitive and neurological effects. Studies have found it stimulates production of nerve growth factor (NGF) which helps to maintain the neurons, which are the brain cells responsible for helping us to process and transmit information, supporting learning and memory.Â
