This food supplement contains selected bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus casei. providing a total of 5 billion live bacteria in every easy to swallow capsule.

Added to that you can rest assured that our Acidophilus Complex is vegan certified and completely dairy-free.

As with all Natures Aid bacteria supplements, the bacteria selected for this formulation have been shown to effectively survive the digestive tract and colonise the microbiome.

Each capsule of Acidophilus Complex could be taken up to 4 times a day, if required.
