LEMON MYRTLE ESSENTIAL OIL (Backhousia Citriodora Leaf Oil) is steam distilled from the leaves of the lemon myrtle plant, and is rich in aldehyde citral which gives the oil its strong, deep lemony aroma. Lemon myrtle is uplifting, refreshing, purifying, cleansing oil It is also reputed for it calming and soothing effects so diffusing the oil can uplift the spirits and support a healthy, happy mind.

As Lemon myrtle is a cleansing essential oil, it is safe for skin that may be prone to oily breakouts. It is also a highly effective antiseptic oil.

Blending: lemon myrtle blends well with eucalyptus, tea tree and sandalwood.
