GINGER ESSENTIAL OIL (Zingiber officinale) steam distilled from the unpeeled dried root.
Suggested directions for use:
Dilute 6-10 drops, add to a bath.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
Precautions:
Do not take internally.

Blending: ginger blends well with clove, eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium, lemon, lime, lemon myrtle, basil, black pepper, juniper berry and rosemary.
Natural constituents: Borneol (alcohol), citral, aldehyde, cineole, sesquiterpene, camphene, limonene, phellandrene (terpenes).
